I really enjoy helping people and think that science gives me the ability to do this so my dream project would be something to do with food supply in developing countries. Sometimes a few simple things such as cooling fruits once harvested – even by putting them in the shade – can make such a big difference to how long the fruits will last. Otherwise looking at ways to increase crop yields in areas that it is very hard to grow plants would be a dream.
