Question: i am very intrested about your work and i was wondering do u need to be a good leader?

Thanks I’m glad to hear that you find my work interesting. You don’t really need to be a good leader as I spend a lot of time working by myself (as do most pHD students) because everyone is concentrating on their own project. At the moment I am getting some summer students to help me out (yay) which means that I am beginning to learn how to be a better leader but I wouldn’t say that I’m currently was any good at it. Like most things these skills will probably come in time and no one expects you to be a good leader when you start, or even finish for that matter.
