Of course. We as curious creatures want to know the reason for every happening, science can tell us the reason, it puts all the pieces of puzzles together and solves it.

For sure. It touches upon just about everything you come across in life and let’s you wonder “how does that work?” or “why is it like that?” or “what would happen if?….”.
Like any other subject or job it has it’s frustrations but to be able to satisfy your curiosity, and sometimes find out something that no one else knows, is pretty good.

Of course, I don’t think that I could be a scientist if I didn’t find it interesting because I would just get bored! I love that most of the questions I have about every day life can be answered by using science. Things like understanding that my flute makes different notes when you press different keys because standing waves of different wavelengths are created or that ambulance sirens change in pitch as they zoom past you because of the doppler effect – these things are all explained by science and I find that fascinating 😀

Science is amazing. It really lets your imagination go wild trying to figure out why things work in a certain way and coming up with often crazy experiments to test this. The answers to these questions are often so intricate and complex that it can blow your mind.
